素质教育与复合型外语人才培养

摘　　要：从素质教育的角度看培养复合型外语人才的重要性。我国原有的外语人才培养体制已不能适应社会的需要，新时期复合型外语人才的培养应按照 ２０００年《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》的要求，在课程设置、教学方法等方面进行改革，培养学生的综合素质和创新能力。The article discusses the importance of cultivating compound talents majoring in English from the perspective of quality education. It also points out that the old training system cannot conform to the social needs for the talents and we should innovate the course design and the teaching method to raise stu- dents' qualities and develop their creativeness, as the new syllabus repuires.
