摘　　要：针对厘米至毫米级微电机 ,综述近年来国内外在微电机方面的研究进展 ,展示微电机的应用领域和潜在的市场前景 ,指出发展微电机尚待解决的主要问题。For centimeter to millimeter level micro-motors,the research development of micro-motors at home and abroad is summerized in recent years.In addition,the application field and potentical market foreground for micro-motors are displayed,and the main questions remains to be solved on the development of micro-motors are pointed out.
