摘  要:在煤液化技术中控制过程非常繁琐,过程控制中要解决的变量也逐渐增大,因此各变量之间在关联的过程产生了耦合。为了解决耦合带来的问题,本文在解耦环节引入了PI自调整模糊控制模型,提出了一种基于模糊自调整PI的过程控制方法,利用解耦控制器设计了过程控制的解耦模型和算法。由最后的验证实验可以看出,引入PI算法之后系统达到稳定的时间大大缩短,节省了时间成本。从信号的输出来看,两个信号之间没有进行耦合,这说明PI算法的引入成功实现了过程控制的解耦过程。Control process is very complicated in the coal liquefaction technology, and the variables to be solved in the process control are gradually increasing, so the coupling between the variables in the process of the process.In order to solve the coupled problems, based on the decoupling link PI self-tuning fuzzy control model is introduced, this paper proposes a process based on fuzzy self-tuning PI control method, using the decoupling controller design process of decoupling control model and algorithm. Introduced by the final verification tests, you can see that after the PI algorithm greatly reduces the interval of reaching stability state of system, saving time cost. From the point of the output of the signal, there is no coupling between the two signals, which shows that the introduction of the PI algorithm to achieve the decoupling process of process control.
