摘　　要：教师课堂教学行为的有效性直接决定课堂教学质量的高低,本文通过分析专家—新手教师的课堂教学行为有效性,探究有效课堂教学规律,使新手教师的课堂教学有规律可循,促进其优化教学,高效地实现教学目标。The effectiveness of teachers' classroom teaching behavior directly decide the quality of classroom teaching, based on the analysis of experts - novice teachers classroom teaching behavior effectiveness, to explore the effective classroom teaching, make the novice teachers' classroom teaching has rules to follow, promote the optimization of teaching, to efficiently achieve the teaching goal.
