摘  要:独立学院作为高等教育的重要组成部分,其特色在于办学的灵活性、创造性和多元化,"3+0.5+0.5"的人才培养模式是独立学院培养应用型人才的大胆尝试和创新。改变独立学院大学英语教学费时低效的局面势在必行,独立学院可以通过大学英语教学改革与"3+0.5+0.5"人才培养模式的协同发展,调整教学定位,优化课程设置,加强师资队伍建设,推进大学英语教学改革的发展与创新。Independent colleges, as an important component of higher education, are distinguished by their flexibility, creativity and diversity. “3+0.5+0.5” Talent Training Mode is a bold attempt and innovation to cultivate applied talents. It is imperative to reform the time-consuming and poor efficient college English teaching. Therefore, independent colleges should co-develop the college English teaching reform and “3+0.5+0.5” Talent Training Mode; adjust the teaching orientation;optimize the curriculum setup and strengthen the construction of teaching staff so as to promote the development and innovation of college English teaching reform.
