摘 要:目的了解普陀区便利店预包装食品营养标签的标示率与合格率。方法调查区内两家便利店内现场在售的全部预包装食品。结果共调查预包装食品15类合计1,043种,标示营养标签、营养成分表、营养声称和功能声称分别为1,039(99.6%)、1,039(99.6%)、103(9.9%)和11(1.1%)。营养成分表中,能量、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和钠的标示率均达到了100%,其中,营养成分表、营养声称和功能声称的标示合格率分别为96.3%、72.8%和63.6%。结论两家便利店预包装食品的营养标签标示率较高,但标示的规范性,特别是营养声称和功能声称的规范性还有待改善。执法部门需要加强食品包装的管理,制止部分企业以广告语诱导消费者混淆为营养声称或功能声称的行为。Objective To understand the nutrition label rate and qualification rate of prepackaged foods in convenience stores in Putuo District in Shanghai. Methods All prepackaged foods in two convenience stores were examined. Results A total of 1,043 prepackaged foods were divided into 15 groups. The number of food with nutrition labels, nutrition composition, nutrition claim and nutrition function claim were 1,039(99.6%), 1,039(99.6%), 103(9.9%), and 11(1.1%), respectively. The labeling rates of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate and sodium were 100%. In addition, qualified labling rate for the nutrition composition, the nutrition claim, and the nutrition function claim was 96.3%, 72.8% and 63.6% respectively. Conclusion The nutrition labels of prepackaged foods were common in the 2 stores, but the contents and forms on the labels, especially the labels of nutrition claim and nutrition function claim, should be prescribed strictly. Law enforcement agencies should take measures to strengthen the management of food packaging and put an end to the action of some companies that mislead consumers by using exaggeration advertisements.
