摘　　要：当前教育观念的解构与泛化倾向,致使人们在教育实践中常常出现观念的空白与迷茫。重新思考教育培养什么样的人;为什么要培养这样的人;怎样看待教育中的人;如何看待学校在个体发展中的文化使命等问题,对于确立当前的教育观念,具有重要意义。Recently, the deconstruction and the divers on the education views have lead us to lose our education ideas. So we should construct the education ideas on the logical point of the modern education theory.We just have the following perspectives: What kind of people we shall foster? Why we foster? How to meat the people during the education process?What's the idea of the school missions in the individual development. It's useful for us to construct the contemporary education ideas.
