摘　　要：高校科研立项腐败是指高校在科研立项过程中发生的以权谋私行为和其他违规行为。造成科研立项腐败现象的原因多种多样,但突出表现在机制的不完善上。防治高校科研立项中的腐败行为,除了要加强思想教育、提高人们的思想素质外,还必须探寻更有效的制度措施。It refers to the phenomenon of obtaining profit for oneself with rights and any other unlawful behaviors practice during the process of setting up scientific items for the corruption of establishing scientific research items in colleges and universities.Among the various reasons for the corrupt phenomenon,however,the most prominent manifestation is imperfect systems.Apart from the reinforing of ideological education and enhancing people's ideological quality,more effective measures should be taken in order to prevent and cure the corrupt behaviors of establishing scientific research items in universities of higher learning.
