摘　　要：高校在先进文化建设中具有不可替代的重要作用。在高校建设先进文化是由高校面临的形势和任务决定的。高校在文化建设中要抓住重点,走在全社会的前列。Universities play an unreplacable function in building the advanced culture. It is the situation and mission we are facing that decides the building of advanced culture in universities. The universities should seize the key point in culture building and walk in the forward ranks.
