富锗酵母预防肝癌作用的初步研究

摘　　要：用AFB_1致大鼠肝癌作用的短期体内实验模型,研究富锗酵母及酵母对AFB_1致肝癌作用的影响.结果发现,富锗酵母能显著地抑制AFB_1诱发的肝癌前病变酶变灶的发生,且呈现一定的剂量依赖性。而酵母的抑制效果比富锗酵母差.这一结果提示有机锗有阻断AFB_1的致肝癌作用。Using the short term in vivo experimental model.Germanium-yeast(Ge-ye)and yeast were tested for their effects on aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1)induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rats.The results showed that Ge-ye had significant inhibitory effects on the development of preneoplastic enzyme-altered hepatocellular foci and such effects were dose—depended.On the other hand,the inhibitory effect of the yeast was lower than that of Ge-ye.These results suggest organogermanium posseses remarkble blocking effects on AFB_1hepatocarcinogenesis.
