摘　　要：本文探讨了面对我国加入WTO和科技进步、高等职业技术教育改革和发展中的几个主要问题 ,提出搞好专业建设是解决这些问题、促进高等职业技术教育发展的重要内部条件。本文从专业调整、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设。The paper makes a research on some main problems about the reform and development of higher vocational education in the background that China entered WTO and made progress in science and technology. It presents a point of view that the specialty construction is the important condition of promoting higher vocational education, and finally discussed the specialty adjustment teacher training, practice work, modern education technology & information, textbooks etc. concerning specialty construction.
