校企合作经验探讨——以数控技术专业为例

摘　　要：对于高等职业院校,为了提升教学质量,培养高素质技能型人才,需要和行业企业进行广泛合作,如何促进校企合作,需要有切实有效的合作方式、合作机制,本文针对数控技术专业在课程体系建设、专业教学工作开展、师资力量培养以及学生能力素质提高这四方面,对校企合作的一些工作经验进行了探讨和总结。For the higher occupation colleges, in order to improve the quality of teaching and to cultivate high-skilled stu-dents, it is necessary to extensively cooperate with the enterprises. The effective manners and patterns are needed to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. For NC technology major, the experience of school-enterprise cooperation is discussed and summarized in this paper. The experience involved the construction of curriculum system, teaching process, teacher's training and student's ability training.
