摘 要:教学个性是教学过程中教师自我独特性的展示,对教师自身专业发展有着重要价值。然而我国教师教学个性缺失现状十分严峻。学校因其过度规约的管理制度文化、过分功利的教学评价文化、"授—受"的师生文化和同化式的教师培训文化遏制了教学个性的形成。营造民主的管理制度文化、生成以促进教师专业发展为导向的教学评价文化、构建和谐的师生关系文化与完善注重教师自我反思的培训文化将是培育教学个性的理想途径。Teacher's teaching individuality which has important value for teachers' professional development and students' individualities is considered as a teacher's unique 'self ' and shows in class. However, the loss of teacher's teaching individuality is becoming a serious problem in our country. Because of the constrained system management culture, the utilitarian teaching evaluation culture, the authoritative culture between teachers and students and the assimilative training culture,the teacher's teaching individuality is increasingly depressed. And only by constructing democratic system management culture,generating teaching evaluation culture with purpose of promoting teacher's professional development, building harmony culture between teachers and students, perfecting teacher training culture of focusing on teachers' reflection can cultivate teacher's teaching individuality.
