摘　　要：近年来,很多高职院校为了提高学生的培养质量及就业层次,纷纷与专业对口的各大企业进行强强联合,共同完成学生的选拔、培训及就业等阶梯式培养流程。作为多赢角色之一的学校会从企业培训中汲取众多精华。本文就企业培训中的动态培训如何应用到高职专业教学中及包含的要素做了深入的剖析。In recent years, many higher vocational colleges in order to improve the quality of students and employment level.They chose to have powerful combination with the major companies that have professional counterparts to complete stepped culture process such as students' selection, cultivation and employment and so on. Colleges can absorb the essence from many corporate training as one win-win role. This article makes deep analysis in how to apply the dynamic training in enterprise training to higher professional education and the elements it should contain.
