摘　　要：人才培养方案是人才培养的纲领性文件,人才培养方案的不断优化是人才培养质量的重要保证。作为高职院校培养高素质技术技能人才重要模式的校企合作,是实现高职院校人才培养目标的基本途径。如何将两者有机结合,在深度校企合作的基础上优化人才培养方案是值得研究的问题,湖北科技职业学院投资与理财专业就此进行了有益的探索和实践。Personnel training program is the programmatic document of personnel training, the continuous optimization of talent training program is an important guarantee for the quality of personnel training. The school enterprise cooperation is the basic way to realize the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges, which is an important mode of training high quality technical talents. How to combine the two, based on the depth of school enterprise cooperation in personnel training program is a problem worthy of study, Hubei Science and Technology College investment and financial management professional conducted a useful exploration and practice.
