加快四川电大现代远程教育发展的对策探讨

摘　　要：跨入21世纪后,我国正在进入一个以知识经济、信息技术为标志的信息化、学习化社会。电大教育面临着许多新情况和新问题,文章分析了四川电大实施现代远程教育时存在的困难和问题,对建设具有西部特色的、符合省情和远程教育规律的人才培养模式以及构建四川电大现代远程开放教育的教学模式、教育平台、多种媒体教学资源库和质量监控机制等对策问题进行了论述。In the 21st century,China is in a society of information and learning,signalized by knowledgeeconomy and info -technology.Radio & TV Universities education faces the new situation and many new problems .The paper analyzes the difficulties in the enforcement of distant education for SCRTVU.It discusses the building-up of intellectual cultivating mode in accordance with Sichuan local conditions and the law of distant education with Western Area characteristics.It also discusses the teaching mode,educational platform, multi -media resources base and teaching quality monitoring system for the distant open -education of SCRTVU.
