摘　　要：文章结合电大开放教育学分制管理的实践,从开放教育学分制管理的常见问题着手,提出具有可行性的解决途径和建议,探索并建立适合开放教育特点的学分制管理模式,为开放教育深入发展与完善完全学分制管理提供了有益的思考。This paper is based on the practical of management of credit system in Open-Education.Facing the often appeared questions,suggestions of the applicable ways of solving such problems are given.This paper is to study and to establish management mode of credit system suitable for Open - Education,furthes intensive considerations may be developed.
