摘　　要：本文意在探索飞行译员的技能和素养。飞行翻译是民航领域内一个特殊而重要的工种 ,对飞行培训和民航业务顺利而安全的运行起着举足轻重的作用。作者结合自身体会 ,描述飞行翻译口译工作的特点和难点 ,论证优秀的飞行翻译须掌握丰富的民航专业知识和大量的专业词汇 ,通晓无线电陆空通话的特殊规则 ,具备良好的语言素养和翻译技能 ,并具有高度的敬业精神。作者提出 ,日常的学习积累、译前准备、总结反思、以及谦虚自信的心态是提高应变能力、增强记忆准确性、提高翻译质量的有效手段。English is the language commonly used in the international civil aviation cooperation and the official language in the air_ground radio telephony communication.In_flight interpreter is important to the effective flight training and the safe operation.The author,combining her own working experiences,illustrated the characteristics of this job and argued that to be a competent and qualified in_flight interpreter,people should consistently learn and prepare themselves.Modest attitude,vast learning,masterly language skills,specialized background knowledge,abundant vocabulary of technical terms and full preparation are key contributing factors to the good memory,quick reaction and therefore more successful translation experiences.
