摘　　要：定义了环上的Fuzzy同余关系,讨论了带有Fuzzy同余关系的环R的性质.证明了:如果R是一个带有Fuzzy同余关系的环,其Fuzzy同余关系的核是R的一个Fuzzy理想;并给出了带有Fuzzy同余关系的环的同态性质.This paper aims to introduce the concept of fuzzy congruence and to give some homomorphic properties of a ring with fuzzy congruence relation. It is proved that if R is a ring with FCR, then the kernel of FCR is a fuzzy ideal of R, the lattice of the fuzzy congruence of R is isomorphic to the lattice of fuzzy ideals of R.
