职业教育产教结合的路径依据

摘　　要：借鉴国外职业教育产教结合的先进经验,可以发现以下几个条件促成产教结合成为必然:企业跨国经营和集团经营为产教结合奠定了经济基础;企业以人为本的管理思想为产教结合提供了现实需求;人力资本优先发展战略为产教结合创造了良好的客观环境;知识经济的到来加速了产教结合的进程。在产教结合中,符合国情是灵魂,政府倡导、帮助和强制是保证。Drawing on the advanced experiences of foreign contries in the cooperation of industry and school in vocational education,we find some conditions as follows to make the cooperation of industry and school be investable.Transnational management and group management lay an economic foundation for the cooperation of industry and school.Human-based thought of management provides realistic demands for it. The strategy gives priority to the development of human capital creates a good objective environment for it.Coming with knowledge economy speeds up its process.According to national situation is the soul and governments advocating,helping and forcing are the guarantee in implementing the cooperation of industry and school.
