摘　　要：记者:党的十六大提出全面建设小康社会的基本特征之一,就是要全民学习,终身学习,创建学习型社会,并提出要"加强职业教育和培训".按照十六大提出的走新型工业化道路的要求,企业面对深化改革以及知识经济和经济一体化的挑战,必须进一步加大人才培养和培训的力度.您怎样估价当前企业培训面临的形势和任务?2003年企业培训的工作重点是什么?In the year of 2 003, we should continuously advance the diversified forms of administrator's training of enterprise, set up the professional qualification certification system of industrial and commercial administration progressively, build the professional manager's team,and probe setting up training, qualification authentication and using combining together to make up the new-type employing mechanism . While doing a good job of every job, we also should stress the work of system innovation, strive to break through to some extent.
