摘　　要：随界面酶学,有机催化研究不断深入和发展,脂肪酶众多新特征正被逐渐发现,并得到较广泛应用。本文介绍脂肪酶在有机相中催化特性及其在诸多领域中作用。These years, with continuous development and probing into tnterfacial enzymology and organic catalysis, many new features of lipases have been discovered and gotten to use widely. This article introduced catalysis properties of lipases in organic phase and its application in many fields.
