关于小学《自然》骨干教师省级培训的做法与思考

摘　　要：我们潍坊教育学院承担了小学《自然》骨干教师省级培训任务 ,并且圆满完成了首期集中培训。本文就培训工作的理念、模式。The training programs for the Nature Science teachers from the primary schools of Shandong province have been held in Weifang Educational College for two times. We trainers are very satisfied with the improvement on the trainees' teaching methods and nature science knowledge. This article is discussing the theory, model and process of the training program and how to improve the effect of the training.
