高师学生创造能力培养之我见

摘　　要：高等教育的任务是不仅要培养高理论研究和设计的人,更要培养具有一定的理论知识而且动手能力又很强的人才。现在的高校毕业生只是掌握具体的知识和技能,这已不能适应时代发展的需要,更主要还是要具有运用这些知识和技能的能力。我们的高校在培养学生的过程中,要把对学生创造能力的培养提到日程上来,重视培养大学生的创新能力,实践能力和创业精神,普遍提高大学生的人文素质和科学素质。The task of higher education is not only training students for the study and design of theory, but also training light-handed talents with theoretical knowledge. Nowaday the graduates from college and universities only grasp the specific knowledge and skill. They can't adapt to the need of the development of lime. Most important of all, the graduates should have the ability to use the knowledge and skill. Colleges and universities should put to programme the training of creativity for undergraduates, think highly of the training of creative ability, practicing ability and pioneering spirit for them, and improve the humanistic and scientific quality for them.
