摘　　要：旅游业的开发 ,人才是关键 ,旅游业的竞争 ,最终是旅游人才的竞争 ,只有培养大量合格的各类旅游人才 ,才能奠定新疆旅游发展的基础。本课题探讨了高职旅游专业如何适应旅游产业发展 ,不断完善“五个一”教学模式 。Based on the similar national conditions and historical processes of China and India,the text focus on the higher education of the two countries.Through the several aspects comparisons of them,such as college entrance examination system?the running mode?the source of the high education funds?the teacher level and the whereabouts of the graduations,finding the communications and the differences of the fields of higher education of India and China,expecting to offer some references to the higher education of China.
