摘　　要：目的合成酮基布洛芬 ,提高产品纯度。方法以 3 苄基苯乙酮为原料 ,通过Darzens缩合 ,氧化合成目标物。结果与结论以 3 苄基苯乙酮计算 ,总收率约 64 % ,产品纯度为 99 8%。并通过红外吸收光谱 (IR)、质谱 (MS)确证了目标物的结构。该合成工艺简单 。Aim To synthesize and improve the purity of ketoprofen.Methods The target compound was synthesized from 3 benzylacetophenone via Darzens condensation and oxidation.Results and Conclusion The overall yield was about 64% and the purity of the product was 99 8%.The structure was established by IR and MS.The synthetic technique is comparably simpler with better quality of the product.
