湛江地区性发育异常患者的染色体分析

摘　　要：目的　分析性发育异常与染色体异常的关系。方法　检测湛江地区 180例性发育异常患者的外周血淋巴细胞核型。结果　 180例性发育异常患者中检出异常核型 5 3例 ,与性染色体数目异常、结构异常及性反转有关 ;另外检出 33例核型正常但男女性征发育不全者。结论　性染色体异常是导致性发育异常的重要原因之一 ,对患者进行染色体检查为其性别判断、临床诊治提供依据。对核型正常但男女性征发育不全者探讨了可能的致病原因。Objective:To analyze the connection between abnormal chromosome karyotype and sexual abnormality.Method:To analyze the chromosome karyotypes of circular lymphocytes in 180 patients with sexual abnormality in Zhanjiang areas.Result:Of 180 cases,53 cases with abnormal chromosomes were diagnosed including chromosomal number disorders chromosomal structure disorders and sex reversal;33 normal chromosomes cases with sexual abnormality were also diagnosed.Conclusions:Abnormal sex chromosome plays animportant role in the pathogenesie of sex differentiation abnormalities.To analyzing the karyotypes of the cells of the patients should be helpful for the sex determination and clinical treatment.The cause of normal chromosome with sexual abnormality was also discussed.
