摘  要:教学思想观念的转变是教学改革的关键。从教学实践视角揭示当前教师教学思想中存在的问题,其弊端主要表现在现代学生观、课程观、教学观和教学道德观缺失等几个方面。矫治和更新这些教学思想观念,既要重视现代教学思想观念科学内涵的理论阐述,从“价值取向”层面导引教师树立正确的教学观念,又要努力探索教师确立现代教学思想观念的有效途径,从“技术”层面寻找解决问题的办法,从而实现教师教学思想观念的现代置换和有效改造。It is the crux of the teaching reform to change the teaching ideas. The existing problems in teachers’ teaching ideas in the teaching practice mainly include outlooks on modern students, curriculum, instruction and loss of teaching morality. In order to correct and update these teaching ideas, on the one hand we should pay attention to the theoretical explanation of the scientific connotation of the modern teaching ideas and guide the teachers to set up the correct teaching concepts from the plane of value trend. On the other hand, we must make great efforts to explore the effective means to help the teachers to have modern teaching ideas and seek the ways to solve the problems from the plane of technology. Only in this way can both replacement and effective reform of teachers’ concepts of modern teaching be realized.
