论教育主体对教育客体主体性的有效发挥

摘　　要：以往的思想政治教育 ,注重了发挥教育主体的主体性 ,却忽视了发挥教育客体的主体性 ,很难取得真正理想的教育效果。文章分析了思想政治教育过程中主客体矛盾的双向互动 。In the past ideological and political education, we gave full play to the subjective role of educator, while neglecting the role of educatee. Thus it is hard to achieve ideal educational results. This paper mainly discusses the contradictory two way functions of educator and educatee during the idelological and political education, and expounds the ways to give full play to the educatee's subjective role by educator.
