摘　　要：目的 :探讨肝细胞核因子 1α(HNF 1α)基因外显子 1Ala98Val变异是否与中国汉族迟发型 2型糖尿病相关。方法 :选择中国汉族 15 0例迟发型 2型糖尿病患者及 15 5例正常对照者 ,应用聚合酶链反应———限制性片段长度多态 (PCR SSCP)及直接测序法检测Ala98Val变异。结果 :受检者均不存在Ala98Val变异。结论 :Ala98Val变异不是引起中国汉族迟发型 2型糖尿病的重要遗传因素。Objective To ascertain whether Ala98Val variant in exon 1 of hepatocyte nuclear factor-1α(HNF-1α)gene is associated with late-onset Type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han nationality.Methods We selected 150 patients with late-onset Type 2 diabetes and 155 controls,and detected Ala98Val variant with polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformational polymorphism(PCR-SSCP) and direct sequencing.Results None of Ala98Val variant was found in all of the subjects.Conclusion The Ala98Val variant doesn't play an important role in late-onset Type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han nationality.
