摘  要:目前,我国高职教育生源结构混杂、起点不一,培养目标定位不准,教学环节未脱离学科体系窠臼等问题,造成高职人才培养模式的不完善,难以保证人才培养质量,也影响高职教育的持续发展。可采取分类培养、推进学分制和弹性学制、改革专业建设和课程建设模式,在普通高中及中等职业教育实行不同层次的分流培养等途径解决这些问题。The pattern of talents training in higher vocational education faces many problems,such as lower quality of source of students,not clear position of training target,teaching not seperating from subject system and so on.In dealing with these problems,the article puts forward the countermeasures:implementing classified training,credit system and flexible credit system,reforming the pattern of speciality and curriculum construction,infilltrating vocational education in general middle schools,the split-flow of students starting in 3 grades in middle school,implementing divided training in secondary vocational education.
