摘　　要：借鉴德国职教师资培养的教育理念和教学方法,筹建开放式的自动化综合实验室,开发模块化柔性制造系统,有助于改变传统工科教学存在的弊端,提高教育教学质量。本文总结了同济大学职教学院引进德国现代化教学设备,开发模块化柔性制造系统的经验,并对这一系统的特征及适用范围作一阐述。It could benefit to change the shortcomings in teaching and improve teaching quality for us to draw on the educational idea and teaching method which are used to develop teaching staff in German,build up automotic laboratory,develop flexible manufacturing system of modularity.The article summarizes the experiences that vocational college of Tongji University input modern teaching equipments to develop flexible manufacturing system of modularity,and then expounds its characteristics and applicable scope.
