校企协同试点现代学徒制的研究与实践——以广州铁路职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制是传统学徒制与现代职业教育结合的产物。实施现代学徒制,有利于加强校企合作,实现专业设置与产业需求无缝对接,提高人才培养的针对性。本文以广州铁路职业技术学院为例,从现代学徒制的内涵、试点条件分析等方面对现代学徒制试点进行了实践研究。Modern apprenticeship is the product of traditional apprenticeship and modern vocational Education . The implementation of modern apprenticeship will help strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises , achieve the seamless matching of professional setting and industrial demand , and improve the quality of talent cultivation .Exemplified by Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic , The paper makes a practice research on the modern apprenticeship from the connotation , the meaning , the conditional analysis of implementation , etc.
