摘 要:基于2013年"中西部地区乡村教师工作与生活状况调查"和2014年"中西部地区乡村小微学校调查",调查表明,中西部地区的农村小微学校虽然大量存在,但始终处于边缘化的困境中。这主要表现在硬件设施和课程设置不足、师资短缺且结构不合理、教师负担过重等三个方面。进一步地,文章试图从组织社会学的视角出发,对于小微学校的边缘化提出一个初步的解释框架,文章认为,小微学校在教育系统中的弱势地位,在教育市场上的失败表现,以及在教育政策视野中的缺位是造成小微学校边缘化的主要原因。Based on the investigations on the work and life in the groups of teachers in rural society in western china( 2013) and that on the micro and small rural schools( 2014),this paper imposes that those micro and small rural schools in western china are forced into a dilemma although they have superior in numbers.The development of micro and small rural schools are obstructed by three elements which are shortage of hardware facilities,curriculum designs and teachers,the structural imbalance in local educational systems and overload of personal life among those teachers. In conclusion this research indicates that the marginalization of micro and small rural schools are caused by the inferior in the whole educational system,fails in the competitions in educational market and the lack of attention in the process of educational policy.
