摘　　要：根据高校教学改革的发展趋势 ,按照先进教育思想和足球理论的要求 ,运用专家调查的方法 ,设计足球普修课优化教学方案 ,并增设普修提高选修课教学 ;实验证明 :足球普修课优化教学方案是可行和有效的 ,普修提高选修课既体现了以人为本的教育思想 ,也是培养学生专业技能的有效途径。By the developments of reform of university education and according to the demand of the advanced educationd thinking,using the mothods of experts statistical and designed the optimized teaching plan about football universal course,and also extablish universal enhance elective course teaching.The practice shows:the optimize feaeling plan was effectived,and the universal enhance elective course not only embodies the education thinking 'base on human',but also was the effective methods to cultivate students' specialized teachnical ability.
