体育院系田径课程“素质——技术”教学模式实验研究

摘　　要：以体育教学、运动训练及田径专项理论为依据 ,在实践探索的基础上 ,形成了田径专业课“素质———技术”教学模式。运动等组对比法对该教学模式进行了教学实验 ,研究结果表明 :在其它条件相同的情况下 ,运用该教学模式所取得的教学效果明显优于传统教学 ,实验组的专项素质、技评成绩、运动成绩各项指标均优于对照组。该教学模式反映了运动技术、专项素质、运动成绩三者之间的内在联系 ,符合运动技术的形成与发展规律 ,实现了教学过程与训练过程的有机结合 ,具有理论上的合理性和实践上的可操作性。on the basis of the theory of specialized track and field,sports teaching and sports training,the article forms the quality____skill teaching model of specialized track and filed class through experimental study.After teaching experiment on the teaching model applying the method of equal group comparison,it shows that;the result through making using of this teaching model is better than that of traditional teaching,the result of specialized quality,skill evealuation,sports level is better than that of contrast group.This model shows the inside connection of sports skill,specialized quality,sports result,conforming to the law of sports skill development and formation,realizing the integration of teaching and training process,owing the quality of practice and reasonable theory
