摘 要:本文调查了56例妊高征孕妇、108例正常孕妇的膳食摄入水平及血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、维生素A、E和全血TPP%和AC值的含量。其结果为妊高征孕妇与正常孕妇比较,总热量和各种营养素的摄入量,妊高征患者均较低,除碳水化物外,均有显著性差别(P<0.05)。血清总蛋白、白蛋白也低于正常孕妇,(P<0.05)。血清甘油三酯,葡萄糖则高于正常孕妇(P<0.05)。血清维生素E低于正常孕如(P<0.05)。 文中讨论了有关营养与妊高征的关系。24 hours dietary survey of 56 women suffering toxemia in Pregnancy and 108 normal Pregnant women was investigated and serum levels of triglyceride (TG) ,cholesterol ( TCH),albumin ,glucose , Vitamin A,E, erythrocyte transketolase activity ( TPP %) and erythrocyte glutathione recluetase activation coefficient (EGR AC ) were measured. The results showed that the daily intake of total energy and all nutrients except carbohydrate in toxemia in pregnancy were significantly lower than nomol pregnancy ( P<0.05 ) . The serum levels of total protein, albumin and vitamin E were also significantly lower than normal pregnancy ( P<0.05) .The serum levels of TG and glucose were higher than normal pregnancy ( P<0.05 ).Some suggestion about rational diet to pregnant women was proposed.
