摘  要:采用实验法、调查法 ,对普通高校大学生在健美操运动中柔韧素质练习的影响因素、练习原则、练习方法以及发展柔韧素质中应注意的问题进行了研究。通过实验证明 ,大学生的柔韧素质经过科学合理的练习是可以提高的 ,并能有助于提高运动时肌肉伸展性、肌肉张力、动作幅度、动作质量、动作难度。同时也为高校在健美操运动中进行柔韧素质练习提供了理论和实践的参考依据。This paper is dealing with the factors of influence rules and methods in the physical flexibility exercises of aerobics of the university students and the problems which should be paid attention to in developing Physical flexibility by adopting experimentation and investigation.It is proved that the Physical flexibility of university students can be improved through scientific and reasonable practice and it can also help to improve tensibility and sport of the muscle and the extension quality and difficulty of the actions.At the same time it also offers theories and references of practice for the physical flexibility exercises in the university aerobics.
