摘　　要：讨论了子空间上一类矩阵反问题 ,得到了问题有解的充分必要条件及解的表达式 .In this paper, a class of inverse problem for matrices on subspace is studied. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of problem have been given, and the expressions of the solution has been provided.
