摘　　要：从当前职技高师内部管理体制改革的紧迫性和必要性出发,以天津职业技术师范学院为研究主体,从机构设置、人员编制、津贴分配、人员考核及后勤改革等几个方面进行了阐述。This paper examines the urgency and necessity of reforming management system in vocational technical institutes of higher learning. Based on Tianjin University of Technology and Education, this paper carries out the discussions from the aspects of reform in the internal structure of the organization, manning quotas, allowance distributions, staff check up systems and logistics reform.
