摘　　要：知识经济时代,要求图书馆改变传统工作模式,与网络接轨。大学图书馆由封闭、单一、传统型向开放,多功能和现代化方向发展,使之充分发挥出自身的特征和功能。据此,本文从采访工作、馆藏建设、资源共享、用户培训和图书馆工作人员的继续教育等五个方面对知识经济时代的高校图书馆工作作了探讨。With the increasing development of computer technology, internet and long - distance technology, we enter the information and knowledge era. The economy of knowledge is the one based on knowledge. Therefore, the reform of the traditional library management is essential. Internet becomes very important in the management of library. The characteristics and the technological means of services are more important than the closed, single and traditional ones. This paper aims at the ways of higher education library management in economic era, such as interviewing work, the construction of book collection, the share of resources, the training of the users and the continual education for the librarians.
