摘　　要：研究了高效液相色谱法测定乳粉中叶酸的方法。利用荧光检测器柱后衍生的办法,用ODS3色谱柱分离,外标定量。本方法回收率为91.1%,变异系数为2.28%,最低检出限为0.096μg/g。A method for determination of residues of folic acid in infant formula mil k powder by HPLC.The folic acid is separated on ODS 3column.And is dete cted by fluoreogenic postcolumn derivatization,quantified by external standard.The re-coveries are 91.1%,and the variatio n coefficients are 2.28%.The detection limits of the folic acid is 0.096μg /g.
