摘　　要：学术界出现的科技道德失范产生了对人才培养的严重影响,通过对学术失范的表现和原因分析,提出了塑造教师社会良好心理与道德良知的措施,自律是根本,他律是保证,为师者正人先正己,在自觉维护学术规范,遵守学术道德方面,起到表率作用,端正学风,净化教育环境。Serious effects on talents cultivation have been produced by the corruption of academic morale. After the nalysis of the menifestation and the reasons, the paper advances measures of teacher's good mentality and morality intuitive knowledge. Self-discipline is basic, and other-discipline should be guaranteed. Teacher should be honest before instructing the others. Teachers should be example in defending academic morale, following academic morality, correcting style of study and purifying education environment.
