摘  要:介绍了一种玉米油精炼新工艺。将玉米油经碱炼、水洗、脱水、脱色、脱臭,获得玉米精炼油,再经冬化得到玉米色拉油。新工艺用活性炭作为脱色剂,将脱水、脱色、脱臭在温度高于170℃的真空设备中一次完成。活性炭在较高温度下脱色效果较好,活性炭也改善了油品的滋味。活性炭用量根据成品油的色泽要求为油重的0.5%~1%。新工艺以3 t/批的规模进行工业化试验,一次试车成功,已在多个厂家实现工业化应用,生产能力为玉米精炼油2 000 t/a,玉米色拉油1000 t/a。A new refinery technology of corn oil is described in this paper. Refined oil is obtained from corn oil by alkalifying, washing,dewatering.decolourization and deodorization;salad oil is obtained by dewaxing further. Activated carbon is used as decolourant in this refinery process. Three operations are completed in the vacuum unit with activated carbon beyond 170 'C to dewater, decolour and deodorize corn oil. Activated carbon has a good effect on decolourization at higher temperature. Oil flavor is improved with activated carbon. The weight of activated carbon used is 0. 5%-1% that of oil upon the demand on oil colour. New refinery technology has been applied in several factories. The output of refined oil is 2000 tons per year,and the output of salad oil is 1000 tons per-year.
