摘　　要：在信息技术大量产生和快速发展的今天,现代教育技术被广泛应用于高校的教学与管理活动中,成为教育现代化的重要标志。但在实际应用中还存在一些缺撼,就加强现代教育技术运用技能的培养进行了探讨。With the rapid development of information technology, modern educational technology has been widely used in teaching and the management of universities, and become an important sign of education modernization. However, in practical application there are still some defects. This paper discusses ways of cultivating teachers' ability in the application of modern educational technology.
