摘　　要：本文研制了一种能测量不同温度下的食品和医药水分活度的检测仪。仪器主要由半导体恒温器、模块电源、研华公司的数据采集模块以及温度、湿度传感器组成。恒温器中的温度可以调节并恒定在所需要的温度 ,恒温范围为 -5 0℃～ 5 0℃ ,控制精度为 0 .1K。检测软件是利用VB6.0来编程 。A detector which can measure the water activity of food and medicine in different temperature is developed.It consists of semiconductor thermostat,power module,and dater collector module of yanhua,temperature sensor and humidity sensor. The temperature of the thermostat can be adjusted and kept at a constant temperature.The temperature range controlled is-50℃～50℃,and the fluctuation of temperature is 0.1K.VB6.0programs the software of measurement.And the dater can be stored and printed automatically.
