摘 要:本文以葡萄采后致病真菌的检测与控制法研究为例,介绍了如何检测和制定控制采后病害的研究方法。提出在制定保鲜贮运措施之前应首先检测贮运对象采后致腐的病原菌种类及其侵染途径和致病特性;在田间施用化学农药和采收后使用防腐保鲜药物之前应预先针对主要采后病原菌进行实验室内抑菌筛选,以减少实际操作过程中盲目用药造成损失;主张并强调采后病害采前预防的的重要性。同时提出了控制采后病害的方法路线。This article reported the control of post-harvest diseases on fruits and vegetables.The paper gave the importanceof determining the types of pathogenic fungi,their infection pathways, and their disease-causing mechanisms before storage andtransportation of the harvested fruits and vegetables. It was suggested that before applying agricultural chemicals in the fieldsand preservatives to the harvested products, the most likely infectous fungi should be identified in the laboratory and theeffective method to control the diseases be available beforehand in order to minimize the loss caused by aimless application ofthe preservatives. In addition, the prevention of the post-harvest disease was emphasized and the concrete steps to analyze andstudy the diseases were put forward.
