摘　　要：讨论了在高校技术物资供应和管理领域借鉴"电子商务"在线服务模式,依靠基于计算机网络技术的管理系统,优化物资采购和领用流程,降低仓储管理成本,加强教学经费使用情况的管理,提高工作效率,降低技术物资供应的运行成本。同时对系统的设计思想,组成结构和部分功能模块进行简要阐述。This article discussed that some management achievement can be acquired by using E-business service method for reference and depending on net-based management system, such as optimizing the process of ordering goods and materials, cutting the management cost of teaching funds, improving working efficiency, decreasing the operation cost of goods and materials supply. It also stated the designing idea, structure and some functional modules of the information system.
