摘　　要：在高校提倡学生"三自"(自我教育、自我管理、自我服务)是培养时代所需人才的一种有效途径,有极强的现实意义,但由于种种原因,高校在实行学生"三自"方面还存在许多问题,必须采取有效措施加以解决.It is of great practical significance to advocate the 'threeself' for the students, that is self-education, selfmanagement, selfservice. It is an effective way to train the talents needed by the society. However, there are a lot of problems in carrying it out because of various reasons. So effective measures must be taken to solve them.
