摘　　要：本文介绍了英国十九世纪小说家萨克雷的成名作品《名利场》,并对其原文片段与译文进行了赏析。In this paper,the author first gives a brief introduction of the novel Vanity Fair written by William Makepeace Thackeray,and then appreciates a short part of this novel,which was translated into Chinese by Yang Bi,a renowned translator,from the aesthetic aspect of rhythm,structure,rhetoric and emotion.Yang Bi fully represented the original flavor of the novel in her translation,which set a significant example for other translators.
